1. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Session rescheduling is allowed with at least 5 days' notice to accommodate your needs.
- Cancellations made within 1 day of the session date may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued for cancellations made with sufficient notice as outlined above or in the event of unforeseen emergencies.
- Due to the customized nature of our boutique photography sessions, no refunds will be issued for completed services or dissatisfaction with artistic style, as it is discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
3. Delivery and Products
- If digital images or physical products are damaged or incomplete upon delivery, we will address the issue promptly at no additional cost.
- Any concerns or requests for corrections must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the final product.
4. Booking Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking and secure your session date. This deposit will be applied toward the total session fee.
